Welcome to Suffer Little Children.
The world is changing, both outside the walls of Hogwarts and inside its walls. What happens when the children within the walls of Hogwarts start taking sides in this impending war? Some because its what is expected of them, others because they think it would be the best thing to do and others just have no choice.
This year marks the sixth year for the Marauders at Hogwarts and another year in Voldemorts growing need to rule the world.

I'm Gonna Trade this Life For Fortune and Fame I'd Even Cut my Hair And Change my Name
The light piercing through the window and managing to creep through her four poster covers and striking her eyes was indication that Hestia had once again managed to sleep well past eight o’clock again. It wasn’t really a surprise since Hestia didn’t really enjoy getting up early unless she wanted to go running, get a little practice in on her broom or if she had work to complete that needed to be handed in on that very same day. However since today was Saturday and she was actually well up to par with her homework, the Gryffindors had reserved the quidditch pitch for practice and she hadn’t really been in a running mood of late Hestia had slept in late.
Pushing her bed covers off of her she sat up in her bed and looked around the dorm to find herself the only one in it. She had expected to at least see one of her dorm mates walking up along with her, but asking a Ravenclaw to sleep in late when there were things to be done and to be learnt was like asking a dog not to bark at the postman. Running her hand through her messy her to gain some sort of neatness from it, she swung her legs over the side of her bed and slid her feet into her bedside slippers as she came to stand. Pulling the covers of her bed in an empty attempt to prove that she had some order in her life, she stepped back and went in search of her gown that she was sure she had left on the bed the previous night. Bending she looked underneath her four poster bed and found her cotton gown stretched across the floor. Grabbing it, she shook her head at her inability to remember how it got there and stood again grabbing her wand off her side table and casting a cleansing spell on the gown before she placed it on herself.
Tucking her wand in her pyjama pants pocket she headed to her trunk by the base of her bed and opened it to retrieve clothing for the day, opting for a jean and simple tee, along with a jacket, because since the ray of sunshine had awoken her a mere five minutes ago it had seemed to have disappeared again as it so often did in England. Heading out of the dorm with clothes in hand she greeted the few of her housemates that had decided to stay in the common room as she made her way out and toward the fifth floor to the prefect’s bathroom.
Smirking at the boys who wolf whistled at her as she made her way down the floors to the fifth floor, she couldn’t help but go a little more crimson in the face, not that she needed to in anyway since her opinion she already looked like a clown, but such was life. Hestia was by no means shy, but since the end of last year some things had started to affect her differently than they had before. Being at Hogwarts seemed to both be helping and hindering her progress to once again gain full composure of herself. The hindering part was of course fully due to a certain Gryffindor. Sighing Hestia smacked her head as she reached the door that gave entrance to the Prefects’ bathroom. She had told herself she would not think of him and here she was thinking of him again.
Giving the password she watched as the door opened and she entered the bathroom, careful to close the door behind her. She did enjoy this perk of being the quidditch house captain, since she was well aware even in her earliest years at Hogwart’s that she would never be made a prefect and that was the main way that one gained access to this bathroom. Placing her clothes carefully on a counter top, she moved toward the big swimming pool sized bathtub and began opening the different faucets until there was a rainbow of coloured water filling the bathtub. Hestia turned away and walked toward the sinks, where she stared at herself in a mirror for a while, before she started pulling her hair up so she could tie it up and prevent it from getting wet in the tub. She would probably be here for a while.
